We're excited to announce a remote opportunity for a Benefit Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richardson, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to help our clients navigate the enrollment process and make updates to their health care and/or pension plans. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and guidance, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and instant message, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build rapport with clients and tailor your approach to meet their unique communication styles and personalities, while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls.
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, adhering to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements.
- Translate complex health and welfare and pension terms into simple explanations and instructions that clients can understand and act upon.
- Read and understand clients' plan documents and online knowledgebase tools to collect relevant information and anticipate future needs.
