Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide creative solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our cloud-based enrollment tools
  • Manage customer accounts, including updating information, resolving billing issues, and answering general inquiries
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) required; English proficiency also required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or related regulations
  • Experience with cloud-based enrollment tools or related technologies
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field a plus
