Overview of the Role:

As a Medical Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering patient data into our electronic health record system
  • Maintaining the highest level of data integrity and accuracy
  • Ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Collaborating with the healthcare administration team to resolve data-related issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter patient data accurately and efficiently into our electronic health record system

  • Maintain the highest level of data integrity and accuracy
  • Ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with the healthcare administration team to resolve data-related issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Medical terminology training preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills and keyboarding skills (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous data entry experience

  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in medical terminology or a related field
