Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our cutting-edge technology
  • Developing expertise in our products and solutions to answer customer questions confidently and efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions to meet their requirements
  • Assisting customers in navigating our website and online ordering system

Minimum Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you if you're eager to learn
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish (bilingual)

Work Environment:

Our California branch is located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll work full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $30 per hour, with a $2 shift differential. With significant growth and earning potential, you'll have the opportunity to advance your career and increase your earnings over time.
