Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our direct marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various campaigns, working closely with our marketing team to ensure accurate and timely data entry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our remote team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining organized filing systems for digital documents
  • Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars
  • Providing timely communication with team members
  • Preparing and coding orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing
  • Assisting in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma and above required
  • Experience in data entry/CSR is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of MS office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

The salary for this role is $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience.
