Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients and their customers. You'll be the first point of contact for users who utilize Financial Banking Cards, and you'll be responsible for resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. In slower times, you'll have the opportunity to support other areas of the business, expanding your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from customers and resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
  • Maintain updated records and logs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
  • Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
  • Ability to pass a PC Knowledge Test
  • Experience with data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
  • Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions

Training and Development

* 1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings to introduce you to our team and processes

  • A couple of weeks of on-the-phone training to get you comfortable with our systems and procedures
  • A week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training to reinforce your skills and knowledge
