Role Highlights:

• Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday

• Unlimited hours available, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required

More about the role:

As a Customer Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for helping our customers resolve their queries and concerns related to our tax return software. You'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support and guidance to our customers, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our products. Your role will involve:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
• Providing clear and empathetic solutions to customer problems
• Building strong relationships with customers and driving innovation in customer service
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that customers receive the best possible support
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Required Experience & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
• Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, while driving innovation and providing top-notch service
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow with our company

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction
