Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing shipment data, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have strong attention to detail and enjoy working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain shipment details, tracking numbers, and customer information in arenaflex databases.

  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in shipping records.
  • Assist with processing invoices, billing details, and customer service requests.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate package tracking and delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data security policies.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

* No prior experience required – training provided!

  • Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
