Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing team by:

  • Providing administrative assistance, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
  • Updating our website, social media, and blogs as needed
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritization and task management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and social media management platforms

  • Knowledge of web development, design, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
