Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality control process for our products and services in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll work closely with our production team, suppliers, and quality control specialists to identify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and drive continuous quality enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and quality control specialists to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to production teams and quality control specialists on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

• Bachelor's degree in a quality-related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Certification in a quality-related field, such as six-sigma, TQM, or a related certification.
• Experience with quality control software and tools, such as QMS, ERP, or a related system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or a related standard.
• Experience with quality control metrics and reporting.
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
• Experience with remote work and virtual teams.
