Remote Director, Marketing Strategy

Accountabilities • Lead global downstream marketing strategy for assigned product lines within diagnostics. • Translate portfolio strategy into effective positioning and messaging. • Drive product lifecycle management from launch to end-of-life. • Oversee go-to-market planning including pricing and promotional strategies. • Utilize market insights to inform strategy and tactics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned execution. • Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field required. • MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10–15 years of experience in medical devices, IVD, or diagnostics marketing. • Demonstrated success in global product marketing and launch leadership. • Experience leading cross-functional, global teams. • Strong understanding of regulated healthcare markets. • Proven analytical and market-insight capabilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
