Role Objective We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role blends empathetic customer service with performance-driven sales to guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.
  • Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy.
  • Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Required Background

  • The ideal candidate for this role must possess previous demonstrated success in sales.
  • Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries
  • Strong customer service background and phone communication skills
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand

Preferred Background

  • Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial services
  • Background in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intake
  • Previous roles in education sales, real estate, or coaching programs
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Compensation

  • $16,000 - $18,000 MXN pesos/month (Net Salary)
  • Uncapped Commissions. Up to $12,000 - $22,000 per month.
  • 8 hours per day, 2 off days per week.
  • 100% Remote Work anywhere in Mexico.
