Key Responsibilities

As a part-time virtual assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Form Filling: Accurately and efficiently filling out forms and documents using Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Lead Generation and Contact Research: Conducting research to identify new leads and contacts, and updating our database with relevant information.
  • Data Entry and Spreadsheet Updates: Entering data into our spreadsheets and updating them as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Miscellaneous Support Tasks: Providing general administrative support as needed, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and more.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong English and Attention to Detail: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets: Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to Follow Instructions and Work Independently: The ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately, with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management and Organization Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Previous Experience as a Virtual Assistant: Experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's Systems and Processes: Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes, including our CRM and project management tools.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in additional software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Cloud.
