Job Summary
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their members. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a people person with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to clients and their members
- Setting appointments and scheduling presentations
- Performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Quality control and leadership development
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
* Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
- Maintains good customer relations and provides exceptional service
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Team player with a positive and supportive attitude
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of benefits or insurance industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
