Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating client records accurately
  • Promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including quality assurance goals and production measures
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Results Areas

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be measured on the following key results areas:

  • Maintaining an average inbound handle time
  • Achieving quality assurance goals
  • Adhering to production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other metrics

Qualifications

To be successful as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn software applications quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload

Preferred Qualifications
