The Perfect Role for You

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. If you enjoy helping people, are organized and detail-oriented, and can manage your time well, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person

  • Manage customer relationships, build trust, and maintain a positive reputation for arenaflex
  • Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively, manage your time well, and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience (HVAC office experience a plus but not required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills are required!
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment
