Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, Search Customer Experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a new core search product that inspires customers, enables them to browse unfamiliar product categories, and explore the lay of the land on search
  • Defining the CX vision, developing an actionable product roadmap, and coordinating with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams
  • Working with global teams, including internal Search customers and external tech partners, to identify and prioritize needs
  • Effectively influencing up and across the organization to drive clarity from ambiguity
  • Synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality search experiences that customers love
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results, weighing technology alternatives, and being comfortable with products using machine learning and AI generative content

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a total compensation package that includes a base salary, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
