Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Knowledge of insurance products and benefits
  • Experience with virtual presentation software (e.g. Zoom)
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
