Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation (Sun-Wed Night Shift), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of direct reports, manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the organization

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required
• Logistics industry knowledge and knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components and strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Experience with transportation management systems and logistics software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
