Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves customer concerns efficiently.
  • Answering inquiries via phone and email, entering and processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
  • Handling customer questions, concerns, and troubleshooting with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks to support team operations, such as data entry, reporting, and project coordination.

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center environments.
  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A typing speed of 35 WPM+ with accuracy, ensuring efficient data entry and communication.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for helping others and working in a team-driven environment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Bonus Skills

While not required, the following skills will be highly valued:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, or Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with MS Access, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or IT support.
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to set up PCs, monitors, and printers.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills, which will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Schedule and Work Location

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will work in-person, Monday through Friday, with a day shift schedule. While we do not offer remote work options at this time, we believe in providing a stable and predictable work environment that supports your career growth and well-being.
