Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Inbound Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting sales targets and exceeding performance expectations
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in a remote sales or customer service role
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience with sales automation tools and software
  • Fluency in multiple languages
