Responsibilities As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial line policyholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing day-to-day support to commercial line policyholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Processing policy updates and changes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our clients' businesses * Assisting with claims and billing inquiries, providing clear explanations and resolutions to complex issues * Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and reviewing proposals to ensure our clients' needs are met * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed * 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Knowledge of AMS360 is desired, but we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success * Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Compensation and Benefits As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive base salary up to $100k/year, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Commission on new business, providing a clear path to financial success * Comprehensive company-paid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * A hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance Why Join arenaflex?
