Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships, and recommending personalized banking solutions to meet our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
  • Experience working in a team environment and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
