We’re not waiting for the future to arrive. We’re shaping it, one bold step at a time. To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll shape the tools and systems that help engineers move faster, build smarter, and deliver high-quality software at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of developer experience, platform engineering, and AI-driven innovation, creating solutions that improve how teams build, test, review, and ship code. From modernizing workflows to introducing intelligent automation, you’ll help raise the bar for engineering efficiency across the organization. You’ll also play a key role in influencing technical direction, strengthening development standards, and making everyday engineering work more seamless and effective.

What you’ll do as a Senior Platform Engineer

  • You’ll design and build developer-focused tools and services that improve the software development lifecycle, including workflow automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery enhancements, and integrated development environment or tooling integrations.

  • You’ll implement AI-driven capabilities across engineering workflows, including code assistance, documentation generation, test automation, and code review support.

  • You’ll improve the developer experience by identifying friction points, streamlining workflows, and delivering scalable solutions that increase engineering productivity.

  • You’ll promote best practices for developer tooling, local development environments, and platform adoption through clear documentation, practical examples, and hands-on support.

  • You’ll design, deploy, and maintain the core AI platform infrastructure to enable the safe, efficient, and observable operation of production grade AI agents.

  • You’ll participate in design and architecture discussions, contribute thoughtful technical guidance, and help strengthen engineering standards across teams.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, maintainable systems that support long-term platform growth.

  • You’ll mentor other engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and collaborative problem-solving, helping elevate technical quality across the team.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience building backend systems with object-oriented languages such as C# or Java, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and backend architecture.

  • Hands-on experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, development frameworks, or internal engineering platforms.

  • Experience applying artificial intelligence or automation to software engineering workflows, including areas such as code generation, summarization, testing, or knowledge discovery.

  • Proven ability to mentor and support other engineers through thoughtful code reviews, design reviews, and collaborative debugging.

  • Strong experience building, maintaining, and improving software systems, with exposure to developer tooling, platform engineering, or infrastructure that enhances engineering productivity.
