Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
