As a Service BDC Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's dedicated to providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Service BDC Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on services, pricing, and other relevant details
  • Scheduling service appointments and following up with customers to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and communication logs
  • Collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assisting in valeting customer vehicles after 4:30pm, ensuring a positive and convenient experience for our customers
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's services, promotions, and policies to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple customer interactions and service requests simultaneously
  • Knowledge of automotive services is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
  • Qualification for company insurance by meeting requirements
