Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide expert advice on our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
