Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, online chat, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of inbound support calls generated through various media channels from consumers interested in discussing their active applications

  • Provide excellent customer support through effective online chat communications, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about our products and services
  • Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone calls, resulting in the onboarding of new customers
  • Meet customer service goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and show empathy when listening to customers and addressing their concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support

Qualifications

* High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Computer proficiency with minimum typing speed of 35wpm
  • Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals
  • Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center
  • Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change, and balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be available to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift
