Job Summary
As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our products and services. This is a 100% commission role, offering unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build a successful career in the life insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer client questions and concerns about our products and services
- Help clients navigate our sales process and provide guidance on selecting the right products for their needs
- Utilize our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to achieve sales goals
- Participate in daily training and mentoring calls with our team of experienced mentors
- Work with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service
Essential Qualifications
* Currently have a Life/Health Insurance license or be willing to obtain it (arenaflex will guide you through the licensing process)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Disciplined and driven to achieve sales goals

- Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous experience in the life insurance industry or a related field
