Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
