Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to offer solutions and recommendations to clients
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Must reside in California
