Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, responding to client requests, and creating personalized policies that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Dispatch incoming customer phone calls and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system, ensuring that customers understand their coverage options
  • Work closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, and to provide expert advice to customers
  • Handle incoming customer service calls, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits, and complete applications for insurance products as needed
  • Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay ahead of the curve in the industry

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services, particularly in the areas of life insurance and annuities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
