What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one. You will:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, using your product or service knowledge to consult and guide them
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Computer experience, with a high-speed internet connection (25mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
