Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and set appointments
  • Performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
  • Quality control to ensure exceptional service standards

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Age 18 or above, with a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check
