Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

  • A webcam
  • High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and an upload speed of at least 10
  • A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
