NVIDIA is looking for a strategic Senior Director, Global Channel Development, to scale our enterprise AI business through our worldwide ecosystem of OEM, distribution, and solution provider partners. You will lead the strategy and execution enabling partners such as Dell, HPE, Cisco Systems, NetApp, and Vast to deliver NVIDIA AI solutions. They reach enterprise customers across all major industries through multiple channels. If you are driven and have a passion for driving new technologies to market, then join us!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the global channel strategy for driving NVIDIA AI platform adoption through OEM, distribution, VAR, SI, and GSI partners into enterprise accounts.

  • Build and deepen executive-level relationships with Channel leaders from Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco, and other partners, aligning joint go‑to‑market strategies, programs, enablement, and multi-year growth initiatives.

  • Build and launch global and regional partner programs, incentives, and sales plays that make it easier and more profitable for partners to sell NVIDIA’s artificial intelligence offerings.

  • Lead a high-performing distributed team dedicated to OEM engagement, distribution strategy, and partner development spanning resellers, solution implementers, and worldwide integrator networks.

  • Partner with product, marketing, and regional sales leaders to build differentiated AI solution offerings and repeatable enterprise sales motions.

  • Establish clear benchmarks and operating rhythms for pipeline generation, partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, and program value.

  • Represent NVIDIA at key partner and industry events, articulating our AI vision and value proposition to executive audiences across the ecosystem.

What we need to see:

  • 18+ overall years in enterprise technology with significant experience in channel sales, OEM alliances, and global partner development.

  • 7+ years of demonstrated project management and collaborator management skills, with experience aligning executives and operational teams

  • Proven success building go‑to‑market programs with major OEMs and global channel ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, server architectures, and AI or accelerated computing solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Proven track record leading global teams, influence cross-functional partners, and lead complex, multi-party joint business plans.

  • Outstanding executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging C‑suite leaders at OEMs, GSIs, and large enterprises.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct experience driving AI, data center, or cloud infrastructure solutions through OEM and channel partners at a global scale.

  • Track record of redefining partner programs into primary engines of enterprise growth, with strong metrics around partner-sourced revenue.

  • Deep relationships across major global distributors, top VARs, leading SIs, and GSIs dedicated to enterprise transformation.
