Lockheed Martin Global Financial Services (GFS) Financial Accounting Services is responsible for providing Billing and Fixed Assets management services to various Lockheed Martin business area partners. This position's primary responsibility is to provide billing support.
For Billing, this position is responsible for assisting with billings, and may include timely and accurate billings, timely problem resolution, and maintaining appropriate invoicing controls. Some contact with customers may also required to ensure consistent, timely cash flow. Maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting related accounting issues and transactions may also required. This position may require providing assistance with contract analysis and reconciliation; will support continuous process improvement.
Ability to work well in a team environment and proficiency in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word) is also expected. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a supportive, diverse team environment is expected.
This position has the ability to work remotely.

-Proven analytical skills demonstrated through related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with familiarly in other MS tools such as Word, PowerPoint, etc
-Experience and aptitude for quickly learning various systems & processes
-Experience demonstrating customer service skills
-Ability to meet OneAero SAP system access requirements

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
