Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in collecting and processing data from various sources. You'll work independently from home, using your computer or mobile device to complete tasks and projects. This is a part-time opportunity, allowing you to work on your own schedule and choose your own hours.
Responsibilities
* Collect and process data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Enter data into our database using Microsoft Word or Excel (or other tools as required)
- Conduct online research and gather information from various sources
- Participate in online focus groups and product testing sessions
- Provide feedback and insights to our clients on their products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data collected and processed
- Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality data and timely delivery of projects
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications) is an asset
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with online research tools and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
