Job Responsibilities
As a Benefits Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals and families with tailored insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options
- Answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
- Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services

Who We’re Looking For
