Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience that's both personalized and engaging. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience with technical support or troubleshooting
