Role Overview

The Google AI Experts Training Content Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-impact training content that supports the Google AI Experts Program within the Android Training & Enablement team.

This role serves as the central content developer for Google AI Experts enablement, ensuring training assets, learning pathways, and supporting materials are accurate, innovative, scalable, and aligned to Google AI strategy.

Blending subject matter expertise, agile content creation, and dynamic facilitation skills, the Google AI Experts Training Content Manager will drive capability, confidence, and practical AI adoption across the program.

Working closely with the Google AI Experts Program Manager, Google stakeholders, and cross-functional enablement teams, this role ensures Google AI Experts content is current, globally aligned, and reflective of evolving AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Maintenance & Creation – 50%

  • Own the creation, adaptation, and ongoing maintenance of Google AI Experts training content.
  • Develop structured learning materials, toolkits, and scalable assets aligned to Google AI strategy.
  • Rapidly respond to AI updates, feature changes, and evolving program needs.
  • Maintain and update centralised repositories of Google AI Experts training decks, playbooks, and reference materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Android and Google brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Google AI Experts Program Manager to align content roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
  • Support localisation readiness by ensuring content is scalable and suitable for opt-in localisation processes.
  • Adapt complex AI concepts into clear, practical, and accessible learning materials.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools into content development workflows where appropriate.

2. Subject Matter Expertise – 30%

  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of Google AI tools, platforms, and emerging developments.
  • Proactively monitor updates across Google AI, Android ecosystem innovations, and relevant industry trends.
  • Act as a content validator, ensuring technical accuracy and responsible representation of AI capabilities.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools to enhance both training content and internal workflows.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the Google AI Experts Program and proactively address them through updated content or learning interventions.
  • Support stakeholders with AI expertise during content reviews, program discussions, and enablement planning.
  • Translate technical AI functionality into practical, real-world use cases for learners.

3. Training Delivery & Facilitation – 20%

  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for Google AI Experts Program participants and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, learning labs, and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on AI tools and applications.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions where required.
  • Enable stakeholders with clear guidance on rollout and application of Google AI tools.
  • Continuously evolve delivery formats to reflect evolving AI use cases and learner needs.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Partner closely with the Google AI Experts Program Manager to align strategy, delivery, and content priorities.
  • Work directly with Google stakeholders connected to the Google AI Experts Program.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Managers, Designers, Program Managers, and Training Leads.
  • Gather structured feedback from program participants to inform continuous improvement.
  • Champion responsible, innovative, and practical AI adoption across the program.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in training content development and facilitation within technology or innovation environments.
  • Strong understanding of, and interest in, AI tools and platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning content.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and content accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Google products and the Android ecosystem is advantageous.
