We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our US Remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll work with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, make changes to insurance policies, and counsel customers on their insurance needs. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies through phone, email, text, and chat using several insurance company systems
• Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
• Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
• Working in a fun and collaborative team environment
• Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous call center experience
• Empathy towards customer needs and a strong ability to communicate effectively
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
• The ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
