Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our support team. As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to our customers via email and live chat. Your exceptional written communication skills, strong problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat channels
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
  • Documenting all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Identifying and reporting trends in customer issues to help improve service and product offerings

Qualifications
