Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry services, and research participation opportunities to our clients. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from home and choose your own hours. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, research participation, and other tasks as assigned

  • Conduct online research studies, product testing, and focus groups to gather valuable insights and feedback
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study; all education levels accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus for additional opportunities
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, research participation, or administrative assisting

  • Familiarity with online research studies, product testing, and focus groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
