Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat sessions

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
