Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production & Data Entry/Shipping Clerk to join our team in Valencia, PA. As a Production & Data Entry/Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for data entry, customer service support, scanning paperwork, filing, and assisting with inventory management tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Production & Data Entry/Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data retrieval, reporting, verification, and validation, maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all data entry and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • Adherence to data entry standards and procedures
  • Provide customer service support by answering inquiries and assisting with logistical coordination
  • Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital paperwork, ensuring it is routed to the correct departments
  • Accurately enter loads into the company's data management systems, ensuring correct data is uploaded in a timely manner
  • Match pulled tags to packers to ensure accurate shipments and Inventory Control
  • Assist the Shipping/Receiving Manager and Production Inventory Analyst with inventory management and data entry tasks
  • Support the accuracy of inventory by verifying items, assisting in tracking, and performing data entry for stock levels
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness standards within the plant environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in reading and writing, mathematical skills with the ability to understand basic measurements
  • Previous experience in data entry or clerical work, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), experience with data management systems a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and assist with tasks as needed
