Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions, and collaborating with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and promotions to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a distribution or logistics company

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
