Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator
As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the quality and success of the sales & service/front desk operations of arenaflex
- Providing weekly audits to the General Manager
- Driving sales success through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Managing retail and vending operations, including inventory management and customer service
- Providing training and support to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback
Requirements for the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience
- High level computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other software systems
- Sales experience required, and prior training of staff members preferred
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required (will be provided during training)
Work Environment
As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to heat and humidity. You will be required to wear a uniform and be prepared to work in a 90-degree pool environment.
Expected Salary
The expected salary for this role is $16.5 - 25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
