Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions, handle returns, and process exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on promotions, sales, and new products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
