Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain accurate company records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting data into our systems with speed and accuracy, assisting with various clerical tasks to support business operations, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter data into databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform regular data backups and secure sensitive information, adhering to data protection protocols
  • Generate reports as needed for management, providing timely and accurate information
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates and feedback
  • Assist with general administrative duties as assigned, supporting the smooth operation of our team

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
